What We Offer

Registered Nurse - Ortho Rehab (Baylor)

Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital - Charlotte, NC

Schedule: 36 hours/week, 7:00pm-7:00am (Night Shift)

Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 + Relocation assistance up to $7,500

The Registered Nurse at Novant Health serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. Collaborating with physicians and other team members, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. Utilizing the best scientific evidence and compassion, you will assist patients in navigating their health journey. You accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
    • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
